Srila Prabhupada’s books will Travel

Tusta Gaura, Kesava and myself went out to distribute Srila Prabhupada’s books along one of the busy main avenues here in Kampala, which abounds with so many shops along it. Today was a very special day, at least four Muslims took Srila Prabhupada’s books from me, this for me is the mercy of Haridas Thakur.
The shop I went into I cannot remember exactly what it sold, but it was a very bare shop with not many goods for sale. The glories of traveling and preaching in West Africa
By the mercy of Guru and Gauranga – returned safely to Johannesburg, three days ago, after an almost two month sankirtan mission in West Africa. I went to Ghana and to Togo, a small French speaking country sandwiched between Ghana and Nigeria.
It was like exploring new territory – What I discovered was a whole new world of pushing on Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON movement. I was in awe of the devotees there and there great determination to preach under sometimes austere conditions. The Radha Govinda temple in Accra Ghana, there have a nice van, that has about twenty devotees that travel round the countryside.
